Welcome to Ready, Steady, Crayons. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Handmade Products
All crayons are handmade and individually poured, meaning colours, shades, and shapes may slightly vary from product photos. Small imperfections or air bubbles may occasionally occur due to the handmade process.
2. Safety Information
Crayons are non-edible and must not be eaten. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Some products may contain small pieces and could present a choking hazard for children under 3 years old. Please discontinue use if crayons become damaged or break into very small pieces.
3. Personalised Orders
Please ensure all spellings, names, colours, and order details are correct before placing your order. Personalised items are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
4. Processing Times
As all items are handmade to order, please allow time for your crayons to be created before dispatch. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or launches.
5. Payments
Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Photos of completed orders may be sent before shipping.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped using the selected delivery service. Ready, Steady, Crayons is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal or courier services once parcels have been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before ordering.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of products:
- Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
- Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.
8. Colours & Images
We do our best to accurately display colours in photographs; however, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
9. Social Media & Marketing
We may share product photos on our social media pages, website, or promotional materials unless requested otherwise by the customer.
